Privacy policy

Plain language, no surprises. This page describes Sales Caller (caller.ounie.com), an Ounie product. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you run campaigns we store what the product needs to show you outcomes: the campaign configuration (which brain you selected, your goal and script notes, your consent attestation), the lead lists you upload (names, phone numbers, and any columns you include), and for each call the dial attempts, disposition, duration, credits charged, the call recording, and its transcript.

Recordings and transcripts

Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can hear and read exactly what the agent said and how the lead responded. Where all-party consent applies, the agent announces the recording at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are visible only to the account that owns the campaign; deleting a campaign deletes its calls, recordings, and transcripts.

Your lead data is yours

Lead lists you upload belong to you. We use them only to run the campaigns you start — we never sell them, share them with other customers, or use them to train models. Opt-outs collected on your calls are kept in a registry scoped to your account so that a number who asked you to stop is never dialed by any of your campaigns again; honoring that request means we retain the number itself even after a campaign is deleted.

What we don't collect

There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no session replay on this site. We don't track anyone across the web.

Where data lives

Application data (campaigns, leads, call logs, transcripts, credit ledger entries) is stored in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the US; recordings are stored in private object storage. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — Sales Caller reads it at call time through Ounie's API as you, and keeps only the snippets it quoted in transcripts.

Payments

Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

People your campaigns call

If an AI agent from this product called you: the business that ran the campaign is the caller of record and controls the lead data. You can ask the agent to stop at any time and the opt-out is honored immediately and permanently across that customer's campaigns. For anything else, open a privacy ticket and we'll route it.

Deletion

To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
