What is a credit worth?
1 credit = 1¢. A connected minute costs 15 credits, so talk time runs about $0.15 per minute — and you only pay for seconds actually connected.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription, no seat price, and no platform fee. If your campaigns don't dial, you spend nothing.
What happens when my wallet runs out?
Campaigns pause. A call never starts without its deposit reserved, so your balance can't go negative. Top up and the campaign resumes.
Are transcripts and recordings extra?
No. Reading outcomes, transcripts, recordings, and exports is free forever — you paid for the call, the record of it is yours.
